I used to think that having a babies and toddlers were expensive. That is, until my children became teenagers. I now know that the most expensive part of raising a child comes along in the teenage years. From cell phones to car insurance, there are a lot of costs that come with raising a teen.
My just turned 14 year old has been begging for a cell phone. So, for his birthday, we finally decided to get him one. It has since accompanied him everywhere he has gone, and the best part is, with the Republic Wireless service, he has been able to get great reception everywhere he goes, but I also don't have to stress about him going over his monthly data allotment with their incredible "Wifi First" feature. Read on below to see how you can start saving money on your teen's cell phone bill too!

Babies who are nursed and not weaned until they are at least 12 months of age have better digestion and can end up being smarter than their peers. Nurses and others in the medical field have a proclivity to keep nursing their babies rather than feeding them formula, but they can also work exceedingly lengthy shifts. Keeping enough breast milk on hand for a new baby can be hard, even for moms who stay at home. As a nurse practitioner doctorate degree holder, you will need to think about the suggestions you have given to other new moms about how to maintain a good breast milk supply, pumping, and storing milk in the freezer and refrigerator if you want your child to be well-nourished. Below, you will find great ideas on how you can return to work as a nurse and keep your baby well fed.

Living paycheck to paycheck can become overwhelming. At times you may even wonder why you are working, since none of it seems to fall back into your pockets. The good news is that there are ways to relieve your stress and reduce the amount of your debt. All it takes is some commitment on your part to pull in your belt temporarily, and to save the money you need to reduce your debt quickly.

I can't believe that the summer is almost over, it seems like it just started! Pretty soon, teens across the nation (mine included) will be heading back to school. Unfortunately, many of them will struggle with confidence. Maybe they are starting high school, feeling like they are in that awkward phase or are just dealing with issues caused by the teenage years (ie: acne). Whatever challenges they might face this school year, help send your kids back to school with confidence using these 5 simple tips!

I can't believe summer is almost over, it seems as though it just began. The boys and I just made it back from two months in Malaysia a few days ago, and we're already starting preparations for the new school year. As my boys get older, I find that it is harder for them to find their confidence. As their bodies change it is easy for them to feel self conscious. That's why I try to provide them with ways to look and feel their best before the start of a new school year, so that they can head into it with their heads held high.
