This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of AllWhites Egg Whites for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

I have been on Weight Watchers for about 6 months now. It is a system that works for me. I have lost about 25 pounds so far, and while that isn't a ton, I have also maintained that weight loss, even after 90 days on the road eating out almost every day and countless press trips and events after returning home. As part of the points plus system, I am always using for healthy swaps that I can make to both save points and boost my energy throughout the day. AllWhites Egg Whites products are a great way to swap out eggs which are two points, for their egg white products, which are 0 points on the current system!

AllWhites Egg Whites are 100% liquid egg whites with no yolk, they are naturally fat-free and cholesterol-free as well. They can be found in the refrigerated section of your local grocery store, can be easily substituted for eggs in any recipe, and are a great lean source of protein with over 20 grams per serving!

Recently, I was challenged to recreate one of the delicious recipes from the AllWhites Egg Whites Favorites list. I chose the Velveted Chicken with Veggie Stir-Fry recipe because it sounded like it would make the perfect quick lunch solution for me. I have an easy time with breakfast and dinner on Weight Watchers, but sometimes struggle to find a low point delicious lunch option, so this was perfect.

I adore Chinese food, so this was a great way to make some healthy swaps and still enjoy the tastes I crave. Look how incredible! Better yet, the whole recipe is just 7 Weight Watchers Points Plus points per serving! You can find the whole recipe here.

All of the recipes on the AllWhites Egg Whites page have the full nutritional information and Weight Watchers points listed, making them a go to for my meal ideas from now on!
