I'll be the first to admit, sometimes there just isn't enough time in the day. I recently had the chance to try out some of these new meals, and I have to say, they were delicious. The variety I chose was one of the Jimmy Dean Delights bowls, the Southwest Style Chicken bowl. Full of rice, all white meat chicken and bell peppers, this made a great afternoon meal and had only 250 calories and 18 grams of protein! Perfect for when I don't have the chance to prepare myself a low calorie meal for lunch.
