4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies #Recipe
10:40 AMLast week we were doing a study on Pennsylvania for our homeschool US geography class. I like to work in fun interactive activities with each subject to keep the boys interesting. So, after out lesson that day, their "homework" was to make these Pennsylvania Peanut Butter Kiss cookies. They only have 4 ingredients, and are a shout out to the Hershey's company whose headquarters are in Pennsylvania, and who pump out more than 60 million kisses in a day! The recipe was in the curriculum that we use, so I thought I would share it with all of you. The cookies only has four simple ingredients and are super easy to make.
4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies
Ingredients:
1 c. white sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
Hershey's Kisses
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Combine the peanut butter, white sugar and egg together in a big bowl and mix together well.
Step 3: Start forming one inch balls out of the dough mixture, and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 4: Place cookies in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Remove cookies from the oven and immediately place a Hershey's Kiss into the top of each cookie. Press down gently, but not too hard.
Do you have a fun recipe that could be used to learn about a certain US state? I'd love to hear about it in the comments below.
