Someone's smile is probably one of the first things you notice about them. This has always been a subject of interest with me, since teeth and gum issues run in my family. It is so important for children to have access to the tools and support they need to have a healthy smile early, so that they can help to prevent possible future problems with their teeth. Trident understands this need, and has been working with Oral Health America for 10 years to help millions of underserved children have the healthy smile they deserve.

5 Tips for a Winning Smile

Want a healthy smile that will last? What better place to get tips, than from a winner herself. Olympic gold medalist and National Women's Soccer League player Alex Morgan has the following tips to share.
1. Brush Teeth Twice a Day, for at Least Two Minutes Each Time
The first thing I do each morning and the last thing I do before I go to bed is brush my teeth.
2. Floss
It's annoying to have food caught between your teeth, so I make a point to floss once a day to remove food where a brush just can't reach.
3. Visit a Dentist Regularly
To keep your mouth healthy it's important to visit a dentist regularly.
4. Chew Trident Sugar-Free Gum

5. Smile! Confidence is Everything

    Ms.Morgan has been an inspiration to my 12 year old! She'd just go nuts if I won this soccer ball for her. BIG fan. We are huge fans of Trident gum too. Everyone knows, I have Trident gum in my purse 24/7! haha :) Thanks for this awesome chance.

    I love both Trident gum and Alex Morgan so so so much! My favorite flavor of Trident gum is tropical twist and Trident gum never fails to help me relieve stress. Alex Morgan is such a big inspiration to me and I am looking forward to watching her play in the 2015 world cup that will hopefully be on grass and not turf. :)
