Making Snack Time Fun with #HoneyMaid + S'mores Hot Cocoa #Recipe
3:30 PMThis post was brought to you in collaboration with Honey Maid, all opinions are my own.
We travel and camp a lot in the summer. During our time on the road, the overwhelming favorite nighttime snack among my boys is a S'more. We have tried them a million different was, and the boys love them each and every time. I love that Honey Maid offers wholesome nutrition that I can trust too. In honor of National S'mores Day on August 10th, I thought I would share a S'more Hot Cocoa recipe that I created that lets you enjoy the flavor of S'mores even when you are traveling and stuck in a hotel room with no way to cook.
S'mores are the perfect snack for kids. They get to cook them, they get to put them together, and best of all, they get to enjoy the gooey sticky yuminess of it all. I can't tell you how many S'mores we've made around campfires or grills during our summer trips the last few years. Honey Maid Graham Crackers have been an integral part of this classic treat for nearly 90 years!
In honor of National S'mores Day that is coming up on August 10th, I wanted to share some non-traditional S'mores Recipes that you could enjoy making with your family. S'mores Muffins and S'mores Pops are two unique S'mores recipes that think outside the box, but still taste incredible. On the road in a hotel room, and still want to enjoy the taste of S'mores with your family? Check out my S'mores Hot Cocoa Recipe below. I make this with hot water from the coffee maker that is found in most hotel rooms, and it is a great "on the road" treat.
