Everyday there are those moments. You know, the moments where you give a small silent, or in some cases, no so silent cheer of victory at something you have done or accomplished. Climbing to the top of an almost vertical trail to reach a breathtaking view of the falls, semi-successfully cooking a pizza on a grill, and so many other small victories made me give a little squeal of happiness inside at my small accomplishments. Hearing the boys claim that they had the “best day ever” is one of my favorite everyday moments.
