When Joshua was on medication that had to be filled at least once per month for several years, we found ourselves becoming frustrated with the lack of customer service at most pharmacies. I could end up waiting ten minutes just to drop off a prescription, and then had to sit and wait a minimum of 30 minutes after that to have it filled. A smile was often too much to ask for, and many times, pharmacies were out of the prescription I needed. This left me frustrated, and it was during this time that I discovered Target Pharmacy.
How to Get a Better Pharmacy Experience
First, there is no sitting in a chair and waiting forever for your prescription to be ready. I can drop of the prescription, go get my shopping done for the week and I receive a text when it is ready. This is especially helpful since I usually have all four boys tagging along behind me, and the less waiting there is, the better.
The customer service at Target Pharmacy is top notch too. I have never gone in and had to wait for service. I have also never had service without a smile. Those are the types of things that really make me want to use a service again and again. Plus, you can earn great rewards too! There are no pesky points to keep track of, and after your first five prescription fills, you can get an all day savings pass for 5% off your entire purchase!

ReplyDeleteI fill any of the scripts I can at our local Target pharmacy - unfortunately all the ongoing scripts we have we have to fill by mail per our insurance terms which sucks. I like the extra % off I get when I fill the required amount. Using that with my % off from being a Target Card Holder and I can save big on that shopping trip!
