Creamy Spinach and Bacon Dip

With the end of the basketball season comes a lot of parties and events with friends and family as everyone gears up for the big game. Although I am not a huge basketball fan, many people in my family, my mom first and foremost, look forward to the end of the season games. What better way to celebrate than with some bonafide party food? This creamy spinach and bacon dip made with Velveeta Cheese & Rotel is just one of the mouth watering VELVEETA® and RO*TEL® recipes available on the Sam's Club website.

Creamy Spinach and Bacon Dip

Ingredients: 

 1 package of frozen, drained spinach
1 lb. VELVEETA® cut into cubes
4 oz. of cream cheese cubed
1 can of RO*TEL® diced tomatoes with green chilies undrained
8 slices of bacon crumbled

Instructions:

 Microwave all of the ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl for three minutes.

Remove the dip and stir well.

Microwave for another 2 minutes.

    I love throwing meatballs in the slow cooker in a chili cranberry sauce. They always go over well with the crowds.
