Healthy Kids Spring Snack

Healthy #Kids Spring #Snack Idea.

Trying to get the kids to eat healthy can be challenging. The key to getting my boys to eat something that is good for them seems to be making it fun. My youngest son Jase would not eat a piece of fruit if his life depended on it, but give him one of those pouches with all natural pureed fruit in it, and he'll scarf it down every time. That is why this healthy kids Spring snack works so well. With some delicious ranch dip in cute mini flower pots, you'll find your kids begging to eat carrots.

Ingredients:

16 oz. Sour Cream
1 Package of Ranch Dressing Mix
Baby Carrots
Mini Terra Cotta Flower Pots
Cupcake Liners

Instructions:

Step 1: Mix together the sour cream and Ranch dressing mix.

Step 2: Place a cupcake liner into the bottom of the mini pots.

Step 3: Fill the pots with your Ranch dip.

Step 4: Place a few carrots in the top of your pot for display, and serve with extra carrots on the side.
