Sloppy Joe Sliders - Perfect for Game Day
12:14 PMThe weekend is quickly approaching, and with it comes the Super Bowl. Now, I will be the first to admit I am not a football, but seeing as almost every other person on the face of the Earth is, I thought I would share this awesome recipe for quick sloppy joe sliders, that makes the perfect game day finger food!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
1 Onion diced
2 cloves Garlic diced
1/4 lb Sweet Peppers diced
1/2 cup Ketchup
2 tbsp Mustard
1/4 cup water
12 Hawaiian Rolls
Instructions:
Step 1: Brown the ground beef and drain it well.
Step 2: Add the onions and the garlic, and cook the meat for 10 minutes more over medium heat.
Step 3: Add in the peppers, mustard, ketchup and water, and cook for 15 more minutes.
Step 4: Cut the rolls in half and toast them lightly.
Step 5: Serve the Sloppy Joes on toasted rolls.
What is your favorite game day finger food?

ReplyDeleteI think will have to be my new favorites :) Thanks for the recipe. I only knew how to make sloppy joes from a mix but we can't use it anymore since it has wheat and my hubs has Celiac. Now I can try this and just sub the bread!
