Tasty Alternative to Candy for Trick-or-Treaters

This post brought to you by Sam’s Club. All opinions are 100% mine.
We have an amazing family friend who throws a Halloween party for my boys every year and lets us come and trick-or-treat at her house since we live in a very rural area. Generally, she has a lot of candy to pass out, and I don't have to worry about a thing. I have noticed more and more though, that many parents are not wanting their children to take home candy, or that there are kids like my Jordan who don't like chocolate and would prefer a savory snack instead. So, this year, I am thinking of heading to Sam's Club to pick up a Cheetos® Halloween Cube that is full of 65 ct. individual bags of crunchy snacks with glow in the dark packaging.
I like the idea of giving kids and parents a choice of what kind of treat they take home with them. Plus, one 65ct. box will probably be enough to last us all night. Who am I kidding, I will likely pick up at least two, because the packages are convenient and the individual snack size will work well when I need something to grab and go with or share at Homeschool Park Days and Co-Op.
You can stop by Sam's Club to pick up some of your on, but do it soon because the Cheetos® Halloween Cube is only available for a limited time! You can also check out Cheetos on Facebook and Cheetos on Twitter for the latest promotions and new products.

ReplyDeleteAs a child, I would have been supremely happy with Cheetos rather than candy. Bring it on, mama!
ReplyDeleteI think this is great, but my girl keeps telling me you gotta hand out chocolate/candy for Halloween, kids don't want the other stuff. Meh, what does she know?!
