I Feel Like I Went Off to Fat Camp
11:44 AMThis month's theme was to find ways to stay active, and I have definitely done that. From daily hikes, swims and other forms of exercise, the boys and I have been busy staying active this whole trip. I apologize for the quality of the video again, and that I am still having to do it from the car, but hey, what do you expect when camping? This trip was exactly what I needed to remove me from the temptations of the pantry and get me moving every day. Check out the video to see how I've done on Shaklee 180 this month!
