I Feel Like I Went Off to Fat Camp

11:44 AM

Okay, so I was supposed to post my month 4 Shaklee 180 update video 8 days ago, but the problem with camping for 50 days is your Internet service is usually spotty at best. While I could get photos to upload, I couldn't get videos to do anything but time out. I have finally uploaded the video and wanted to share my update with you. This month has been great and I honestly feel like I shipped myself off to fat camp.

This month's theme was to find ways to stay active, and I have definitely done that. From daily hikes, swims and other forms of exercise, the boys and I have been busy staying active this whole trip. I apologize for the quality of the video again, and that I am still having to do it from the car, but hey, what do you expect when camping? This trip was exactly what I needed to remove me from the temptations of the pantry and get me moving every day. Check out the video to see how I've done on Shaklee 180 this month!
