This summer has been sweltering hot already. It was hot for about a month before we even left Florida and we have braved temperatures of 100 degrees or more at several stops throughout this camping trip. This week we are at the Grand Canyon and the highs of 75 degrees are amazing, but I know they won't last. So, how do we cool down during the summer months? With ice cream of course!
