Shaklee 180 Month 2 Update - Admitting Failure

11:25 AM

Okay, so this was not the easiest thing to admit. In fact, I wrote a post a few weeks ago about how I had lost my motivation and had strayed from the Shaklee 180 plan. Unfortunately, I did not get my act together and get back on the straight and narrow. So, basically, I had to do a vlog to create some accountability and admit my failure in the weight loss department this month. Check it out below and please, please, please feel free to call me out in email, Facebook or Twitter this month and help keep me accountable. I am determined to get back on track and turn that 0 into a 10 at the end of this third month!

This is a sponsored post as part of the Shaklee Corporation blogger program. I have received free products, online support and incentives for participating. My opinions are my own. People following the weight-loss portion of the Shaklee 180™ Program can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week.

  2. Trying to lose weight and blogging about it has its pros and cons. It does keep us accountable but it is so hard to admit when you are not doing well.

I know you have a lot going on and plans this summer so I hope all goes well for you.

  8. I have been doing 2 steps forward 1 step back for three years now. The trick is getting back on the horse not beating yourself up.

As long as a weigh less each year, it's still a win in my book.
