There are only 39 more days until my boys are out of school for summer vacation and on June 1st, we will head off on a 53 day camping road trip. As amazing as that will be, keeping up with four boys on a normal day is quite a feat. Add setting up camp, breaking camp, endless hours of hiking and other outdoor activities to the agenda and summer days can be downright exhausting.

Is it any wonder I want to lose weight and be healthy? Look what I need to keep up with!

It's no secret that I have been trying to lose weight and get in better shape. Unfortunately, I have fallen off the healthy bandwagon since Spring Break. If I am going to be able to keep up with the boys without falling asleep in the middle of a hike though, I am going to have to get back on track with my health goals. I want to drop at least another 20 pounds by the end of the summer so that I can be strong and fit enough to keep up with the boys.
