Paleo Slow Cooker Beef Brisket
12:06 PMNormally when I think of beef brisket, the first thing that comes to mind is corned beef and cabbage, but it can be so much more. This delicious slow cooker beef brisket recipe is not only tender and moist, it is Paleo and sugar detox friendly as well! The whole family loved it and the flavors are just enough without being too strong.
{Ingredients}
3 lb. Beef Brisket
2 Sweet Onions Sliced
2 cups Beef Stock No Sugar
3 Cloves of Garlic Minced
Salt and Pepper to Taste
{Instructions}
Step 1: Place all ingredients into a heavy duty freezer bag. Make sure the air is out before sealing.
Step 2: Take the meal out of the freezer the night before serving and let defrost in the fridge.
Step 3: Sear the outside of the meat in a hot skillet for a minute or two on each side to lock in juices. Do not cook through.
Step 4: Place in a Crockpot on high for 4 hours or low for 6. Low heat is best for this recipe, but you can do high if you are running low on time.
