Relax and Have a Blast with the New Chupa Chups App
11:28 AMLife is too short to be serious all the time. Sometimes, you just have to let loose and have some fun. That is what the new "Give a Dam" Chupa Chups app is all about. Created in Spain in 1958, the Chupa Chups candy company is centered around a "Life Less Serious." That is why they have developed this new app to help children and adults alike have fun. I can still remember the thrill of tearing a vibrant colored wrapper off my Chupa Chups sucker as a child and this app recreates the same feeling of fun!
{Angry Birds Meets Tetris}
If the Angry Birds game and Tetris got a little frisky with each other, these two uber addicting games would have the Chupa Chups Give a Dam game as a baby. The Chupa Chups app takes the fun sound effects, visuals and level pattern of Angry Birds and combines it with the strategic stacking play of Tetris for an amazing hybrid of a game.
In the app, you are trying to help the Chupa Chups flavors navigate their way down a river and stack them up so they do not fall over the waterfall. Chuck, the Chupa Chups fuzzy and fun-loving mascot is there to help and there are 120 crazy levels to unlock. Don't let the first few easy levels trick you, this app gets progressively harder as you go along.
You have to figure out what combination of flavors stack best, as each has its own unique shape and reacts differently to being stacked. The boys love this game and I have to fight them just to have a crack at it, but I find it fun and entertaining too. I'll be honest, I am not in love with the name of the app. I don't refer to it as the "Give a Dam" game to my boys, just the Chupa Chups app, but I can see the humor in it from an adult point of view. Other than that, the game is seriously addicting and fun for the whole family. My 6 year old and 12 year old enjoy it one just as much as the other.
The app is free initially and then there are upgraded levels you can buy into for only $.99. Yes, I did actually spend my own money to buy into the extra levels because I love the game that much. Not into spending money on apps? No worries, there are plenty of free levels and you can unlock bonus levels for completing tasks such as liking them on Facebook as well. This is great particularly if you are working on thinking or motor skills for children too.

Oh, it looks so cute. I'm going to check it out! I know my son would like it! And I did recently hear about the "Give a Dam" app, but wasn't interested because I did not like the title. But this is better! :)
