It's Self Improvement Month - How Are You Making a Change?
10:23 AMThat's right, September is self improvement month. Even though it is the last day of the month, it doesn't mean you can't make a pledge to make a difference for your health and well-being. How do I plan on making a difference? I plan to exercise more. I'm not talking about the half-hearted effort I have put forth so far, I am talking about an absolute pledge to do my best to exercise at least four days a week. No, walking to the fridge doesn't count as exercise either.
I had the surro-baby nearly three months ago and while I am hugely proud of that accomplishment, I am a little less proud of the effort I have put into getting back to looking my best. It's time to get back in gear though and start getting back in shape, especially if I want to do another surrogacy in the future.

Funny you should mention this because I've been really fed up with my lack of exercise and the scale climbing its just time I put my food down and say NO MORE and do something about it

ReplyDeleteYep I've lost 12 pounds and just switched how I was eating. In a week I'm going to begin exercising. Need to get a few things done around the house so I can give it my full attention.
