Finger Licking Good Oriental BBQ #DibsOnMyRibs Recipe + $20 Walmart GC Giveaway! (10 Winners)

6:47 PM

We are a huge meat family. Even my youngest who is the pickiest eater alive will eat almost any type of meat. Now that summer has rolled around and we have busted out the grill, ribs are one of our favorite meals to make. Or should I say, it is one of my favorite meals to not have to cook. You see, when it comes to the grill, Matt takes over and I get a day off from cooking. Score! We received a box full of rib grilling goodies and were asked to develop a delicious recipe using Tyson Spare Ribs, McCormick Spices and Kraft BBQ Sauce. We did our best and I must say, the results were finger licking good!

{Oriental Style BBQ Spare Ribs}

Ingredients:

Tyson Spare Ribs
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Bay Leaves
McCormick Grill Mates Sweet and Smoky Rub
Kraft Original BBQ Sauce

First we placed the spare ribs in a large container and marinate them in the soy sauce, lemon juice and bay leaves for two hours or more. We placed them in the fridge while they marinated and flipped them half way through. The longer you leave them, the more flavor they will soak up.

Right before we grilled them, we took them out of the marinade and rubbed them down with the McCormick Grill Mates Sweet and Smoky Rub.

We then placed them on the grill. We used the amazing rib rack that we were given as well as the wood chips to add a smokey flavor, but you could certainly leave them out.

When they started smelling like heaven and getting done, we slathered on plenty of delicious Kraft Original BBQ Sauce using the adorable sauce bucket we received.

Our finished result! We almost couldn't wait long enough for them to cool. Messy, but oh so worth it!
