Create the Perfect Summer BBQ with Kraft

Summer means its time for sun, fun and plenty of backyard BBQ's with family and friends. Looking for the perfect way to spice up the traditional BBQ fare and really give your guests a treat? Kraft can help with that. They have a variety of new products and classic favorites that can help you plan the perfect menu for any get together. We had the chance to try out some of these great new products and they really made our backyard BBQ's something special.

We have loved some of the Kraft products so much that we used them for multiple backyard BBQ's this summer. The Country Time half lemonade half tea is a big favorite with the boys and was also featured in my Cutter BBQ post. For this outdoor lunch, we had the Kraft Sizzling Salads Southwest Chicken Dinner Kit. This made the delicious salad you see pictured, but I used chicken legs on the grill, since the boys really only eat chicken legs. We also had the Strawberry Kiwi flavored KOOL-AID, grilled corn, some chips and mini s'mores made from the Honey Maid Lil' Squares Honey Grahams. These are adorable by the way!

Everything was delicious. While I am more a fan of the Country Time Half & Half Lemonade Drink Mix than the Kool-aid, the Kool-aid was a definite win with the boys. The clear winner in our BBQ though was the Zesty Fajita cooking sauce that comes in the Sizzling Salads kit. I have never seen the boys gobble down chicken so quickly and I didn't have to bribe them to eat salad, because it tasted so good!
