Amaretto Fudge Pop Recipe
9:05 AMI saw a recipe for an Amaretto Chocolate Popsicle in a magazine the other day and really wanted to try it. The problem is that it called for some ingredients I just wasn't able to find around me. So, I adapted the recipe to the one below and came up with some delicious Amaretto Fudge Pops that are perfect for a hot summer night.
Ingredients:
1 box instant chocolate pudding
2 cups 2% milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. amaretto flavoring
Popsicle molds or ice cube trays
Step 1:
Mix all ingredients together and whisk or stir well until completely blended. I did this in a large measuring cup to make it easier to pour into the popsicle molds.
Step 2:
Pour the mixture into 8 large popsicle molds. Or, if you only have four like us, you can use an ice cube tray and put half a popsicle in each cube to make mini popsicles! The perfect portion size for mommies who are watching their weight.
Do you have a favorite summer popsicle recipe?
