Johnson's Baby Cares Teams Up with Save the Children

Mother's Day was only a few short weeks ago and it only took that one day for me to realize how truly lucky and blessed I am to have my boys in my life. If you had told me years ago that I would be the proud mother of four boys, I would have looked at you cross-eyed, but here I am. It is truly the most amazing experience, but I know all to well how unfortunate some others around me are as well.

There are some out there who do not have the ability to raise their children in a safe environment, who do not have the luxury of a safe roof over their heads or the materials they need to care for their young children. In fact, some are not even able to know the joy of being a parent, which is one of the reasons I decided to become a surrogate and share this experience with others. It was one small thing I could do to make a difference. Luckily, companies like Johnson's Baby are around and are working hard to make a huge difference  for those who are less fortunate.

Johnson's Baby Cares Teams Up with Save the Children

Johnson's Baby Cares is a charitable platform that was created to help moms and babies in need. They have now teamed up with Save the Children to make a gigantic impact in disaster stricken areas. Over the course of a multi-year campaign with Save the Children, Johnson's Baby Cares will make a multi-million dollar contribution to help mothers and babies in the U.S. and around the world.

How will they do this? Firstly, they will be contributing Johnson's Baby "Care Kits" that are full of essentials like  lotions, washes, shampoos, diaper creams and more to those in disaster stricken situations. Not only that, but they have teamed up with Save the Children to also provide "Child Friendly Spaces" that are areas where moms and babies can recover and play in a safe environment.

How Can You Help?

If you would like to help, you can visit the Johnson's Baby Cares Facebook page for more information or to donate to this great cause. You can also take a peak at the Youtube video above that Johnson's has created as well. When they reach 500,000 views on their "Happy Mother's Day, Mom -- You're Doing OK" video, they will be donating an additional $50,000!

What do you think of the new Johnson's Baby Cares campaign with Save the Children?

I wrote this review while participating in a campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Johnson & Johnson and received a promotional item to thank me for my participation.
