Kraft Big Brands Collide for a Picnic Basket Prize Pack Giveaway!
5:54 PMWe love picnics. With four boys, we are usually outdoors at one point or another all summer long. I love to save money by loading up the picnic basket before we leave home in the morning and heading out to our local Children's Museum or park where we can have a picnic lunch. Trust me, with that many mouths to feed, eating out can add up fast. Kraft Foods has a huge line of products that make picnic packing a snap, with food the entire family will enjoy.
{Perfect Picnic Packing Essentials}
We received a picnic basket loaded down with tons of products that help pack the perfect summer picnic. What was in it? Check out these awesome products:
- Miracle Whip
- Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil and Cracked Pepper
- Kraft Barbeque Sauce
- Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs, Lunch Meat, and Bacon
- New Oscar Mayer Sandwich or Cracker Combos
- Kool-aid Singles
- Country Time Lemonade
- New Oscar Mayer Carving Board Meats
- Oscar Mayer Selects Hot Dogs

- New Cracker Barrel Slices

Originally, I had some really awesome photos of our gigantic picnic that we had at the cabins for Joshua's birthday. Unfortunately, someone decided to "help" and accidentally deleted them all. So, instead we have pictures from one of our typical backyard picnics, featuring some of our favorite Kraft products. I love the Cracker Barrel cheeses, the all Beef Oscar Mayer Wieners, Country Time Lemonade is a regular staple around here for summer picnics and the new Wheat Thins Crunch Stix have quickly become a family favorite.
{Unique Summer Picnic Recipes}
Want something a little different then the traditional picnic favorites? Why not give some of these delicious Kraft recipes a try?
Pepper-Parm Crostini
Rustic Tomato Tart
Garden Lover's Turkey Sandwich

Going to the lake in the summertime - my mom would always pack a picnic lunch so we could stay all day!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite picnic memory is from just the other day. I took the kids to the lake and we packed a lunch and had such a nice time together. My kids are 5 & 9 and they had a great time and I know it will be a lasting memory.

My favorite family picnic memory is the one I had in the countryside of Kyoto with cousins and friends. I love those traditional Japanese snacks for picnic.

My favorite family picnic memory is when our kids were toddlers, my husband and I would often go to a local park and have a picnic with our kids. If the weather was nice, we'd do this mostly every Saturday. We'd sit and enjoy a nice lunch and later We would play frisbie with them and then they would go on the playground and go on the slide and swings.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much.

I found it. Favorite memory: I had an unusual baby shower many years ago. I had an outdoor picnic for my baby shower! We still did everything like a normal baby shower it was just outside & the theme was picnic/summer time. It was awesome & everyone was comfortable & we had a lot of Kraft foods on the picnic table too. Love to win this set! barb g. diabeticsnacker(at)gmail.com

When I was a kid every Sunday my dad would take us to the beach during the summer. We left home early in the morning and stayed at the beach until sunset. I can remember my mom making a big pot of crabs on those days. We also had coconuts which my dad got from the trees near the beach or sometimes mangoes.

My favorite family picnic memory is from the first time we picnicked under the blossoming cherry trees at the Tidal Basin in Washington, DC. Even though there were a lot of people there (it was during the National Cherry Blossom Festival), there was a sort of reverent hush...the blossoms would come drifting down with every light breeze, and the sun sparkled on the water while the Jefferson Monument gleamed in the background. It was an unexpected atmosphere and not one I've experienced in any other place we've picnicked. asthenight at gmail dot com
