Help! My Life Has Been Taken Over By Balls!
7:36 AMI mean this quite literally, and not in the way you think, so get your head out of the gutter people. For the last month and continuing on until the end of May, my life has been completely taken over by baseball. Three of the boys are playing this year and of course the schedules can't be on the same days, so we are at the ball park at least five days a week for hours! My kids better love me for this.
Is your life currently being held hostage by sports too?

Yes they are...soccer balls. But I have to say, I was expecting a much different story from that title this morning. #GutterThinker
ReplyDeleteI love baseball, but that is almost too much!
ReplyDeletelol Kelly, clean up that mind girlie!
ReplyDeleteI love watching them, but there comes a point where I dread going there for one more hour. :)
I wouldn't say hostage since baseball is like my favorite thing ever - but I can see where it would be overwhelming!
ReplyDeleteThat is pretty funny!!
ReplyDeleteLOL love this, so cute!
ReplyDeleteI wish my boys played ball.
ReplyDeleteGavyn won't play sports yet. We are making him next year!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great mom! They look so cute in their uniforms.
ReplyDeleteI'm jealous of your weather!
ReplyDeleteAww I love you for it even if you kids don't. I wish my oldest would have played baseball. Our youngest will, he is 2.5 and already has a GREAT arm!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE being a baseball mom!!!!
ReplyDeleteI LOVED hitting the ball field with my son, but it was only 2-3 nights a week.
ReplyDeleteAt least they are probably having a ton of fun playing.
ReplyDeleteIt isn't that I don't love doing it with them and for them, I just wish it wasn't almost every night and at 6pm. It really messes with the dinner and homework schedule lol.
ReplyDeleteI nearly put my 3 year old in soccer or t-ball this spring . . . till I remembered how hectic the schedules are for kid sports . . . I think we'll wait awhile yet. :)
ReplyDeleteThankfully, my boys aren't into competitive sports. The little one might be as he gets a bit older and understands more, but right now I've avoided the torture.
ReplyDeletewe aren't taken over by sports yet...but I see it in our future. Baseball is fun - I hope my kids like it when they're old enough
ReplyDeleteOh count me in for sure! Baseball is all anyone is talking about plus 2 practices a week and 2 games this week. ugggh lol
ReplyDeleteKas
Thankfully, my girls aren't into sports, yet... Not sure if I want to be a soccer mom.
ReplyDeleteDon't miss those days at all! We've discovered a sport my daughter and I love doing together...fishing! Stopping by from BYB...thought I would say Hi! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteThank God Anthony hated baseball. It was the most boring thing ever. Now the twins...who knows, it's too soon to tell. But at least being the same age, they will likely be on the same team!
ReplyDeleteNot yet but its going to be when both kids are enrolled this summer. My head is in the gutter you and I live in a home full of balls. There is nothing girly in this house other than my bedroom.
ReplyDeleteWow, that's a lot of baseball! My kids are a bit too young yet, but I see it coming as they are already yelling they're bored every 2 seconds!
