Kelloggs Recalls a Large Number of Children's Cereals!!!

1:13 AM

I just saw this posted and thought I would share with my readers as well. I know we have several boxes in our home right now for the kiddos and I would hate to think that anyone would be serving this to their kidlets in the morning.

According to Kelloggs, they are recalling the cereals in question because of an "off" smell in the packaging of the products and are asking consumers to not eat the affected cereals as they do not meet their quality standards. Apparently there have been reports of nausea and diarrhea as well. Here is a list of the affected products:

  1. OH Jeez! You know what? this is really starting to bug the crap out of me (pardon me) First tylenol/ motrin. Just a few weeks ago I read about a bunch of canned fruit, kids snacks, kids drinks , which included welches, Motts Apple juice and other Top Name Brands! -I must have that link somewhere- Either way, this is the third major recall of things my kids, my household uses. It's upsetting. Really it is. Thanks for posted this, hopefully others will re-post links & share this.

  2. I agree Melanie! It is disheartening to see so many products being recalled. Especially products that are geared towards children, but hopefully it will make the companies more cautious in the future.

  5. Be sure to call and get a replacement voucher for the future Sarah. No reason to waste money and I am sure they will be very careful to ensure future shipments are up to par.
