When summer rolls around, we love to cook on the grill as much as possible. We also know it is prime time eating for one of our most favorite vegetables, corn! I must have gotten my love of corn from my mom, but being a Floridian, I can find killer deals on corn from early Spring and all summer long. One of my favorite ways to enjoy corn is right on the cob, but I have found unique ways to dress it up, so it's never the same.

Grilled Cheese Corn on the Cob
- Corn on the cob
- Parmesan cheese
- 2 Ice cubes
- Aluminum foil
Step 1: Place shucked corn in the center of a piece of aluminum foil. Cover with Parmesan cheese and top with two ice cubes.
Step 2: Fold up the top of the aluminum foil around the corn and seal the sides shut by folding securely as well. Leave a little room so that the corn has room to steam.
Step 3: Place on a pre-heated grill on low to medium for 15-20 minutes.
