My bedroom is the next thing on my house remodeling agenda. I have slowly been collection free or low cost pieces to redo the room with, like the $24 dresser redo I did not too long ago. I have been scouring the Internet for DIY ideas, because quite frankly, my budget is tiny and I like to make one of a kind pieces that no one else is going to have. I love the suitcase and I have always loved painted floors. I would also love to have some painted pressed tin some where in my home. I adore it!
Very cool ideas! I need some inspiration for my bedroom too.....it seems like all the other rooms always get done, but my bedroom stays the same.
I have a bunch of old crates I have had sitting on my bathroom floor for months waiting for my husband to hang them up for me, (I'm not allowed because I will wreck the drywall apparently!) I just love them!
These ideas are really awesome! I especially love the thought of refinishing a piece of furniture to add a pop of color to the room.

I LOVE all of the great DIY ideas! The shutter headboard is awesome...it would never work in my room because of windows, but it is lovely. I think the suitcase table might be next on my to-do list.
