As all my readers know by now, I have been on a quest to lead a healthier lifestyle and get in better shape for quite some time now. A while ago, I completed the 30 Day Shred, but I will be honest here, since then I have not been doing everything I should have been. In fact, lately, my diet and exercise routine has fallen by the wayside with my new job, the boy's baseball and other things competing for my time. That is where 20 Second Fitness comes in. I am stoked to try this new routine that claims to give fat burning results in as little as 4 minutes a day!

Tomorrow will be my official start day, but I have already had a peek at the videos and am stoked to see if this program can live up to the claims. As a mom with four boys, a job and a blog, there is very little time in my day for anything else. Full fledged and longer workout routines have proven impossible on an ongoing basis, because I just can't fit them in. This program is different though. The time required is minimal and it can be fit in at any time of the day. I really think this will work for my lifestyle and keep me active and motivated.

I just love the small time commitment on this. It makes kicking off an exercise program less intimidating.
