Breakfast dishes are a big hit around my house. My boys would eat breakfast for dinner every night of the week if I would let them. I had the opportunity to try out some Bob Evans products purchased from my local grocery store and we created Biscuits and Gravy using the sausage gravy recipe on their site.

 Sausage Gravy

Prep time :5 minutes
Cook time :15 minutes>
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

• 1 pound Bob Evans Original Recipe Sausage Roll
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 cups milk
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• 8 prepared biscuits

Directions

Crumble and cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until browned. Stir in flour until dissolved. Gradually stir in milk. Cook gravy until thick and bubbly. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot over biscuits. Refrigerate leftovers.
