{How Does it Work?}


The S2H REPLAY operates on a simple concept. You place the REPLAY on your wrist and go about your normal daily activities. The band then tracks any moderate to high intensity activity or exercise that you do and records it in three minute intervals. This is great, because it means that the full hour of activity doesn't have to be done all at once.

When a full hour of exercise has been recorded, the REPLAY will display a reward code, which Switch2Health recommends that you upload in your account on S2H.COM right away. Basic accounts on the website are free and one code can be uploaded per day on the free accounts. If you would like to upload more codes per day and earn other member benefits, you can upgrade your account for a nominal fee.


Every time you upload a reward code into your account, you will receive 60 reward points added to your balance. These points can be redeemed for awesome prizes! Prizes range from ring tones to gift cards and even gaming consoles. A $5 gift card to retailers like Barnes and Noble or Gamestop can be earned in only 12 days by adding your one allotted reward code per day. A XBox or Wii gaming system can be earned in 209 days by only entering one code per day.

    I always thought it was 30 minutes.
